We support our members with life-long education opportunities through Scholarships and Bursary program. We also sponsor youth to attend YES Leadership Camp and C3 Camp.
Scholarship
SCU provides scholarships to Post- Secondary School Students through The Vancouver Korean-Canadian Scholarship Foundation.
Credit Union Foundation of BC
Bursaries based primarily on financial need are also available from the Credit Union Foundation of BC. Credit Union members receive preferred selected on bursaries offered through this organization. Visit cufoundation.org for more information.
YES Leadership Camp
For over 45 years, YES has beenoffering week-long leadership retreatsat their summer camp, located at theheart of Vancouver Island, on LakeCowichan, BC. These leadership campsgive youth aged 14—18 a chance tolearn empowering new skills, developand appreciate new values, and growas individuals.
C3 Camp Korea
Camp Korea is a fun-filled educational, camping experience for children centred around Korean culture and language that began in 2006. In lateAugust, children from across B.C. experience Korea in Canada through participation in avariety of recreational and cultural activities, including language lessons, visual and performing arts, games and sports.
